Ben Carter

Ben Carter began his formal dance training at the age of seven, but it was under with the mentorship of Gary Kendall that his style really took form and developed. Ben worked with Mr. Kendall through his childhood in Santa Cruz, California as member of high-energy, locally acclaimed dance troupes. In 2004 he began his college study where he began choreographing for the Georgia Southern University dance team, which successfully competed at the national level. While attending GSU, Ben danced with a local troupe both, traveling to Atlanta to perform, and opening for such high-profile concert artists as Ciara and Bobby Valentino. During his junior and senior years at Georgia Southern, Ben was a featured dance instructor within the University Recreation program. In addition to teaching classes, Ben managed the hip-hop division of the University dance program. After Graduation, Ben moved back to the West Coast to continue his dancing career teaching classes at multiple studios.
Ben now resides in Los Angeles and is signed with Bloc Talent. In less than a year of representation, Ben has created a buzz by working with such high profile choreographers like Richy Jackson, Rosero McCoy, Fatima Robinson and Dana Wilson. A few of Ben’s credits include “Shake It Up”, Swizz Beatz, Adidas, American Eagle, Nike, Mattel, Sony, Adidas, Heineken, and the list goes on…
