Kelsey Menke

Kelsey is from St. Louis, MO and has been training in dance since the age of 5. Styles studied include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Modern, African, House, Popping, and Breaking. She took class at various studios around the city and became a Pulse Protege while attending the Pulse on Tour.  After training extensively with Anthony "Redd" Williams for four years and participating in COCA's Hip Hop Company Kelsey moved to Los Angeles in 2013 to pursue a professional dance career. After moving to LA she was signed to Bloc Talent Agency and started auditioning, taking class, and participating in Choreographers Carnivals along with other dance showcases. Her first job was dancing for Yandel at the Latin Grammy's in Los Vegas choreographed by Tanisha Scott. After that she danced for Prince at the Essence Fest in New Orleans in 2014 choreographed by Antoine Troupe and Nicole Kirkland. Her big break came when she auditioned for Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass" video directed by Fatima Robinson and choreographed by Charm La'Donna. Since then she has been traveling and performing with Meghan Trainor. She feels grateful and blessed that taking a chance and moving to LA has culminated in the realization of her dream. :)
