Leo Lam

Born in Munich, Germany, Leo has had quite the unique upbringing after his move to Dallas, TX in 1997, splitting his childhood having experienced both european and american culture. From a young age, music and art has had a major influence on Leo’s life which led to him to pursue a wide range of artistic interests including acting, singing, and playing the Viola up until the end of his senior year. His love for dance didn't develop until later in life when in 2007, Leo made his move to LA to attend Cal State University -  Northridge; which during the first semester, a friend convinced him to audition for CSUN Hip-Hop Dance Team, under the direction of Matt Cady and Beau Fournier. Upon being accepted to the group, Leo became wildly passionate about the art form and became fully committed to pursuing his curiosity for dance. Shortly after the end of his first and only semester at CSUN, Leo began his training at some of the most prestigious professional dance schools including Millennium and Debbie Reynolds in LA, Broadway Dance Center in NYC, and the Monsters Of Hip-Hop Convention. He has since then completed a residency with ‘Showstoppers’ at the Wynn Las Vegas and has worked with artists such as Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Ke$ha, J.Lo, Justin Bieber, Little Mix, and Alexandra Burke. He has also been seen on various TV shows and programs such as FOX’s ‘Glee’, ‘The X-Factor’, Disney’s ‘Shake It Up’, The Grammy’s, The Emmys, and most recently “Disneyland 60th Anniversary Special” on ABC to name a few. Leo is determined to reach even greater heights, venturing back into and balancing his passions for singing and acting while still actively pursuing his dance career. "I am grateful, I am humbled, and am looking forward for the incredible opportunities still to come in the near future. Dream It, Believe It, Achieve It. God Bless."
