Nikeva Stapleton

Nikeva, a Caribbean-American from Chicago, is a professional dancer, model, and actor. She is a graduate of The Ailey School/Fordham University BFA Program where she earned a dance major, a business minor, was a member of the Dean’s List, and a Fordham Scholar. While in college, Nikeva completed rigorous technical training in ballet and modern, developed a diverse dance background from hip-hop to West African, performed repertoire by legends like Bill T. Jones and Ronald K. Brown, and performed in "Memoria" with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. In her professional career, she has been cast in the revival of Rigoletto at the MET Opera, Frank Gatson's Jubilee! in Vegas, and for several TV performances including VH1’s Jenny McCarthy Show, MTV’s VMAs, the Today Show, and America's Got Talent. In addition, Nikeva has performed live with artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, and Flo Rida. She was also in Beyonce’s music videos, “Pretty Hurts” and “Formation”, and had the honor of dancing in Beyonce’s performance at the 2016 Super Bowl. Nikeva has also appeared in Spike Lee’s feature film Chiraq, as well as the Lonely Island’s film Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, due in theaters in 2016.
