Deanna Reeves



Deanna Reeves is a multi-disciplined dancer having trained extensively in ballet, jazz, theatre, jazz funk, contemporary dance, and most recently tap. Represented by Bloc Talent Agency, Deanna performs in both concert and commercial work across the states from New York to Los Angeles. She has danced in various projects including Kanye West's "Monster" music video, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show ('08 and '09), and Clinique's Chubby Stick commercial under the direction of David LaChapelle.

Deanna began her training in classical ballet at Pasadena Dance Theatre where she debuted principal roles in the original works of Cynthia Young (Ballet West), Laurence Blake (Joffrey Ballet), Jeffrey Gerodias (Alvin Ailey), Leslie Carothers (Joffrey Ballet), and Glenn Edgerton (Netherlands Dance Theatre and Hubbard Street, director). Her ballet training at Pasadena Dance Theatre established Deanna's technical foundations which led her to New York City to attend the Alvin Ailey School where she broadened her abilities with the Horton and the Martha Graham technique.

After moving to New York Deanna expanded her training to include jazz funk, contemporary, jazz, tap, and theatre dance at other top NY studios. Her versatility was immediately recognized by one of New York's leading talent agencies.

Currently Deanna is instructing, choreographing, creating dance films, and collaborating on various projects.​
