LATRICE MICHELE GREGORY was raised in Jacksonville, FL. She graduated with a B.A. in Dance Studies in addition to a B.A. in Psychology from the University Of South Florida.  Despite her Father's pleas to stay in Florida & never grow up, upon graduation she immediately moved to New York to begin her career.  She secured a coveted position on the worldrenowned Knicks City Dancers where she went on to become Captain for two years.  Latrice's talents have been featured on entertainment outlets such as "American Idol", "American Music Awards", "Sex & The City", and "Saturday Night Live" to name a few.  She has also performed for esteemed audiences which have included The First Lady Mrs. Michelle Obama.  Latrice has recently been known for her work in "Super Bowl XLVII" with  "Beyoncé" in her history making halftime performance. Latrice can currently be seen dancing on an episode of NBC's new hit sitcom "Fresh off the Boat" and CW's award winning sitcom "Jane The Virgin."

Latrice has had the opportunity to work with highly regarded choreographers & Artistic Directors such as Fatima Robinson, Michael Rooney,  Frank Gatson, Hi Hat & Laurie Ann Gibson. She can also be seen weekly on the stages of L.A. as a featured performer in the critically acclaimed  show "Harlow Gold" choreographed by Bloc's own Tracy Phillips & Dominic Carbone. The L.A. Times writes of Harlow Gold, "If  you're not mentally, physically and spiritually wrung out by the end of the evening then you were already dead before you even walked through the door."

When Latrice is not livening up the stage with her Sensual & Soulful disposition she can be found on an endless pilgrimage to find the world's Best Red Velvet Cupcake…
