Entertainer and New York City native, Tia Rivera, seeks to inspire the world through movement. At just 17 years old, Tia began dancing professionally with some of the world's biggest superstars such as Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Beyonce, Usher, Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani, Kanye West, Ne-yo and many more.
As a choreographer, Tia’s work includes creating for Halsey, Major Lazer, Fergie, French Montana, and Gwen Stefani, to name a few. She has also done movement coaching for Artists including Sabrina Caludio, Alina Biraz, and Charlotte Lawrence. More recently, Tia’s choreography has been featured on the hit TV shows Black-ish, The Voice, Grown-ish, but let’s not forget about VH1 Hip Hop Honors 2016: All Hail The Queens, which took place at the historical Lincoln Center.
Tia’s commercial choreography includes creating for household brands such as McDonalds, Toyota, Nickelodeon, Gap, Crown Royal, Ritas and Swarovski.
Alongside Tia’s flourishing career, she has a strong drive to provide motivation and education for aspiring entertainers. She has created a successful mentorship program in which she is helping shape the lives of many in pursuit of their own dreams. Through her love for public speaking and mentorship, Tia continues to impact the lives of many individuals allowing them to maximize their potential not only as artists, but as people, as well.
Tia’s journey for happiness and success leads her to a vibrant and passionate life, and her career as a dancer/choreographer/entertainer, combined with her pursuit of motivational speaking, has no limits to where it can take her. Tia was simply born to make an imprint on the world, and this is only the beginning.
