Brandon Mathis

Brandon Mathis is a Los Angeles native who has always had a strong affinity for movement. At the age of 6 his journey began, and at 18 Brandon started his formal training after enrolling in Loyola Marymount University. He completed his time at LMU in the Spring of 2017 with a Bachelors of Arts in Dance, and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Since graduating, Brandon has well situated himself in the entertainment industry using his movement abilities to work with artists and brands such as Beyoncé and Solange Knowles, Tyler, The Creator, the LA Philharmonic, Apple, Pepsi, Gap, Nike Jordan, and many more. 

In the personal realm of his craft, Brandon seeks to use his gifts in movement to inspire future generations, while also reshaping the world. He truly believes the language of movement is a powerful tool that can be used to better understand one another, as well as heal our society from past traumas. Brandon’s current work incorporates multiple forms of visual art offering a new sensory experience for the viewer, while remaining accessible to non-artists alike. By combining movement, filmmaking, drawing, fashion, and writing, Brandon is determined to elevate the way in which movement art is viewed around the world.
