Damien Lavergne

Damien Lavergne’s passion for dance began in his early years as he grew up in Winnipeg. Having been recognized through many scholarships and awards at home and abroad, he now specializes in many dance styles such as Hip Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Theatre, Jazz, and Tap.
Whether it's on stage, on camera or just in class, dance has led him to entertainment hotspots like New York, L.A. and Toronto where he has been working on multiple film and television projects. Some credits include a wide variety Disney productions, MTV, So You Think You Can Dance Canada, the Much Music Video Awards and most recently the American Music Awards. At a young age, Damien has already worked alongside artists such as Lady Gaga, The Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Ashley Tisdale, Chris Brown, Ludacris, Nelly Furtado and Swizz Beatz.
Damien has been hired by prominent choreographers such as Tre Armstrong, Blake Mcgrath, Laurie Ann Gibson, Travis Wall, Melissa Williams, Michelle Johnston, Chuck Maldonado and Rosero McCoy.  Damien believes the key to his success lies in his ability to be versatile. As an instructor, performer and choreographer, Damien strives to create and inspire.
