Marcy's dance training began in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and continued in Los Angeles when she moved to pursue her professional dance career at 18 years old.  In LA, Marcy trained at EDGE Performing Arts Center using convention scholarships and their work-study program to learn from LA's top choreographers and teachers.  Since then Marcy has been honored to work for such artists as Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, N'Sync, Jessica Simpson, Kylie Minogue, and with choreographers such as Marguerite Derricks, Michelle Johnston, Michael Rooney, Rosero, Fatima, Rich & Tone, Rosero McCoy, R.J. Durrell, Nick Flores, and Teresa Espinosa.  Marcy has also appeared in TV shows such as "Castle", "How I Met Your Mother", "American Dreams", the MTV VMA's, the Grammy Awards, and in films such as "Southland Tales" with Justin Timberlake, "Jack-Ass Number Two", "A Very Merry Harold & Kumar" with NPH, "Gangster Squad" with Sean Penn and in various commercials for products such as Pepsi, Target and Nissan.  Marcy's dance career helped her transition into the acting world.  She recurs on NBC's "Community", and has guest starred on many other shows such as "CSI:NY", "New Adventures of Old Christine", "Monk", and the ABC sitcom pilot "Who Gets the Parents".
