Rumer Noel was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and started dancing at a very early age. She grew up dancing at her Great Aunt, Kitty Carter’s studio, Kitty Carter’s Dance Factory. While at the studio, Rumer traveled and assisted Nick Florez on various Co Dance conventions, and was able to start teaching and choreographing at an early age. Rumer was making her mark as a young dancer. Once Rumer graduated high school in 2010, she went on to become a dance major at the University of Arizona. During her time at school, Rumer was able to choreograph a piece that made it into the Dance Program’s “Student Spotlight” show in 2013 titled, “High For This.” Rumer was able to graduate from U of A in three years with honors and a BFA. Now, Rumer is living in Los Angeles and has already had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Nick Florez, RJ Durell, Tyce Diorio, Kenny Ortega, Travis Payne, and Stacy Walker along with amazing talents such as Katy Perry, Jon Secada, Todrick Hall, and more! Now that Rumer is signed with Bloc, she will continue to grow throughout her journey as a dancer/choreographer, and to keep following the path to success, wherever it may take her.
