Stephanie Landwehr

Stephanie

Stephanie Landwehr has been dancing for her entire life. At 18, Stephanie moved from her hometown in Colorado to Los Angeles, California to train in a scholarship program at Edge Performing Arts Center and begin her professional dance career. She feels fortunate to have had such a varied and diverse dance career to this point. She's worked all over the world in all media, from dance company stages in Seoul, Korea, to music videos in Rome, Italy; from dancing as a featured soloist for the Los Angeles Opera to dancing with Cher at The Colosseum in Ceasars Palace, Las Vegas.  Stephanie has had the privilege to dance and/or assist with choreography for artists including Cher, Tina Turner, Hole, The B-52’s, Green Day, Chemical Brothers, Macy Gray, and the Spice Girls. Film appearances include The Muppets, Gangster Squad, Annie (TV movie), and She’s All That, as well as commercials for Subway, Pepsi, K-mart, Chase Bank and The Gap. While a performing member member of Hysterica Dance Company (LA), a Los Angeles Times' show review said of Stephanie, she has an “indomitable self-possession no matter what the choreography or partnering challenges.”  She was also a previous member of Dance Anonymous (NYC) and is a founding member of the Wes Veldink Movement (NYC).
