Ashley Cinq-Mars

STYLE: Jazz, Jazz Funk, Contemporary, Technique

CLASS DESCRIPTION: With the teachers I had growing up, they definitely kept the Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire movement alive with a dash of sassy, an added sharp hitting Janet Jackson line, in addition to a Brittney Spears vibe. I am a sucker for clean lines, and electric energy through those finger tips, but when it’s called for I love some hard hitting confident attitudes. In those moments, I get to see why you love to dance, and the true dancer within you. I am trained in many styles, even flamenco, so I am beyond excited to work with each and every one of you, to teach you classroom technique with a little extra spice from the commercial world. I was just like all of you dancing here, and now I am living out my dream as a professional dancer. You never know who is in the audience, so always perform like someone is watching. Let’s have a fun, loving and memorable time! “Do something worth remembering” – Elvis Presley
