BIO: Rumer Noel was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and started dancing at a very early age. She grew up dancing at her Aunt, Kitty Carter’s studio, Kitty Carter’s Dance Factory. While at the studio, Rumer was making her mark as a young dancer. Once Rumer graduated high school, she went on to become a dance major at the University of Arizona. Rumer was able to graduate from UofA in three years with honors and a BFA in fine arts.

Now, Rumer is currently living in Los Angeles, and is signed with Bloc Talent Agency. Rumer has had the opportunity to work with amazing talents such as Katy Perry, The Chainsmokers, Mackenzie Ziegler, Christina Grimmie, Jon Secada, and K.Michelle- just to name a few. You may have seen Rumer on Season 6 of the TV show "Dance Moms."

Rumer is currently working with Mackenzie Ziegler and choreographing her music videos for her new music! Rumer also teaches weekly drop in classes at two of LA's biggest studios, Playground LA, and IDA Hollywood.

Rumer will continue to grow throughout her journey as a dancer/choreographer while following the path to success, wherever it may take her!
