For Daniel Dory, his passion for dancing begins at the age of 6 years old when he grooves on the sound of the King of pop Micheal Jackson. This inspiration enables him to pursue his journey in dancing; afterwards, at the age of 17 years old, he joins the dancing group and Dance Company Unkut Production, under Choreographer Alexandra *spicey* Landé a stepping stone that will allow him to surpass himself as a young dancer. The knowledge acquired through these rigorous dancing experiences – from hip hop to house and jazz with notions of ballet and modern dancing – brings about diversity in Daniel’s dancing style.
Daniel, who is now 25 years old, took part of the second season of So You Think You Can Dance Canada. The viewers from across Canada discovered Daniel’s groove and appreciated his talent, making him reach the Top 12 of the competition.
He was also among the twelve artists selected for the musical show Big Bazar!!, which pays tribute to the career of renown French singer Michel Fuguain.It is with passion, devotion and focus that Daniel aims at breaking boundaries to fulfill his dreams of accomplishing himself through dancing and sharing that love to others!
Daniel just moved to Los Angeles, taking that next step in his dance career. Since then, he recently performed for HITLAB production one of Akon Label!
